The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, being close to the beach and surrounded by shops and bars. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, just like in the professional photos.

The cleanliness of some areas could be improved.

The staff at this hotel were very good, my girlfriend was very ill during one of the nights and the receptionist was very helpful in getting us the medication even in the earlyhours of the morning. The hotel itself was well presented and had everything we needed.

the location of the hotel is ok, only 10 minute walk to Chaweng main road. The Hotel is also near the seedy area of Chaweng which might not be best for some people.

We stayed in a by-building of the main hotel. At night there were no people available at the reception of that building. Everybody could walk in and take our room key and rob everything from the room. We asked the hotel to book a taxi to the airport on our check-out morning. We were told it would cost 300 THB, the reception clerk took a taxi (from a fried he told) from the parking of the hotel downstairs and brought us to the airport, less than 2 km and less than 10 minutes for 500 THB. We complained, but we had no time to take another taxi. We paid the 500 THB. The same person also "fotgot" to pay the 1000 THB deposit! This is not Thai hospitality!

We loved our stay at this hotel! Cleanliness was top notch, hotel facilities were excellent, and location was perfect - just a short walk away from the happening area in this city. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunatly this hotel was hit by the floods and on arrival I found that the pool was closed there was no TV or internet facilities due to this. I had booked for 4 nights but checked out after one night. My booking should have never been accepted by Booked.net as the hotel was not up to accepting guests

ww stayed during the heavy flooding rain , the hotel staffs were very helpful. we first booked a standard room , but it is much better to upgrade to the superior room accross the road.

the location of the hotel is near a lacke, and during the flooding , we were standed as the river flooded the roads, keeping us isolated from main chaweng beach road. the breakfast is not very nice, the gym is dated and machines are not working. the staffs didn't really speak english making it difficult to comunicate.

The location is ideal, as it is close to all the bars and nightlife in the center, yet not near enough to be an issue with noise. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near the beach and the main Chaweng area, allowing easy access to all the attractions. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with necessary amenities such as air conditioning and a fridge.

Our key didn't work a lot and it was sometimes hard to communicate with the staff.

The location of the hotel wasn't ideal, as it was a bit further from the main attractions and tourist areas. the pool area was quite small, with limited space for sunbathing and relaxing.

The hotel looks nice, new and modern. Modern rooms (superior and deluxe), fantastic swimming pool on the roof. Very good location of the hotel (close to the beach, shops, nightlife). Excellent value of money.

The hotel boasts a great location directly next to Chaweng Beach, allowing easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and happening nightlife in the area. The rooms are clean with modern facilities and cozy beds. The rooftop pool provides a peaceful escape from the busy streets below.

The breakfast area is often crowded and full of flies, making it a not so appetizing experience.
